what you will be doing: Lead the technical delivery function for M Group Telecoms’ National Grid account, overseeing pre-sales and in-life project execution. Manage Pre-Sales Solutions Architects and Project Engineers to ensure technical excellence and solution assurance. Govern the full solution lifecycle, from high-level design to implementation and handover. Align solutions with customer needs, industry standards, and internal capabilities. Collaborate with Shared Service Design and PMO teams on design execution, costing, and planning. Own technical assurance processes including reviews and compliance checks. Develop standards and best practices, support innovation, and identify efficiency opportunities. Build a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development across all technical delivery activities.
